Lafayette Urban Ministry

Through Lafayette Urban Ministry, you can make a difference in the lives of those living in poverty. Supported by more than 45 local churches, LUM offers financial assistance, tax assistance, programs for immigrants, youth, those without homes, and those who are hungry.

While Brown Street supports LUM as a whole, we are also more specifically involved with their Jubilee Christmas program. Partnering with Central Presbyterian Church, we help to provide gifts to families in need so that they can still have Christmas.
